I just measured my older one to compare it to the newer style:

Miller Bag in English Rose:
23” w (top) tapers to 16.0" w (bottom) x 13.5" h x 8” d with 12.5" strap drop. One outside slip pocket, removable sturdy base for stability, and zip closure. The straps attach all the way underneath the bag. Cotton quilted interior and cotton quilted interior pockets. The top zipper is chunky plastic.

Miller Travel Tote in Gramercy Paisley:
23” w (top) tapers to 16.0" w (bottom) x 13.5" h x 7.5" d with 13.0" strap drop. Front features a slip pocket (with small slip inside that) + zip pocket with the nice silver zipper. Back features a slip pocket that unzips to create a trolley sleeve. The straps attach at the base of the bag. Regular top zipper.
