My name is Ian Joy and I am a sports broadcaster that simply wants to help.

I have wanted to do this kind of interview or discussion on mental health for a very long time and finally I have made it happen.

Mental Health is a topic I have opened up about on my social media platforms before and continue to do as I realize the importance of sharing my story.

In this interview I spoke with Drewe Broughton a former professional soccer player that made over 540 senior appearances, scoring 116 goals for 21 different clubs. Drewe shared with me his story on dealing with depression, his addicitons while he was playing and then ending his career where he found himself bankrupt and in desperate need of rehab.
