750 g mutton

1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste

1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp heaped chili powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
11/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup yogurt

10-12 almonds
1 tbsp poppy seeds
10-12 saffron strands
5-6 green cardamom

1 black cardamom
10-12 pepper corns
1 inch cinnamon stick
4-5 cloves
4 medium tomatoes
coriander leaves
green chillies
1/2 cup oil
