I Saved A 1973 John Deere 56 Lawnmower | Project 56

Welcome to Phase 2 of my 1973 John Deere 56 Restoration.

In today's episode, we dive into the drivetrain issues plaguing this mower in the transmission. We also started working on the bodywork needed to fit the engine cover back on, without chopping the aesthetics of the body lines

Like any project though, it's not as easy as it seems. I make a lot of mistakes learning more and more about this mower as I go, but there's one thing for certain. It's that I refuse to give up and I'll keep pushing through all the lessons this mower is teaching me.
