HealthIMPACT Live Winter Forum March 10th - 11th, 2021 by Purpose Events

Advancements in enterprise, clinical, and cloud infrastructure coupled with the increased acceptance of remote work and virtual care are changing the way the healthcare workforce interacts with patients and each other. Hybrid care delivery models combine the best of in person and virtual care. Rather than going back to “normal” after many teams were forced to move to virtual work, a hybrid workplace offers a new way forward with the potential to decrease workplace costs, increase flexibility, and improve patient and provider satisfaction. Inclusion and conscious recruitment of a more diverse workforce are critical to consciously contracting a workforce a more equitable workforce. To succeed, healthcare leaders are leveraging digital tools to expand their workforce’s capacity and rethinking the clinical staffing models to grow capacity, coverage, and relieve the stress from an overtaxed workforce.

• How will healthcare providers incorporate telehealth and other digital tools into existing clinical workflows in a flexible, sustainable way
• Manage lasting change with a newly virtual workforce
• Optimize staffing models to anticipate the unique needs of hybrid care
• What are the expected and accepted paradigm shifts coming in nursing, mental health, radiology, and surgery?
• How will we staff, train, and reskill the workforce for a continued evolution of virtual health?
• How do you fuse talent and health care workforce technology to achieve great leaps in efficiency and engagement?
