This is the GBS8200, a super inexpensive board on ebay (and elsewhere) that you can wire a DB23 Amiga connector to and play on a normal VGA display. with multiple inputs and settings, you can finally run your "newer" monitor with your old 15khz amiga rgb port.
the gbs8200 was 23$ and the db23 connectors were $8.75 each
it took me 5 minutes to solder in the wires shown where in the video.
