Why Everyone Should Try A Spending Cleanse:
A while back I discussed why I feel everyone should practice frugality. When done right I believe that it brings with it a lot of benefits financially and otherwise. If you haven’t seen that video I’ll leave a link to it in the description below. But given how chaotic 2020 has been for many people financially I feel that the importance of those benefits has only been further reinforced.

With that in mind, today we’re going to be talking about spending cleanses which is one of many strategies that people have used to try and become more frugal and financially efficient. And due to its flexibility, the speed at which its effects can materialize, and the amount of difference it can make on our lives in the short and long-term, it is one of my personal favorites. Today, we’ll go over what a spending cleanse is, and why you would ever want to do one.
