It is targeted towards early career researchers, PhD students, policymakers, government officials and other relevant civil servants from national and regional administrations.

Carolyn Chisadza is an Associate Professor in Economics at the University of Pretoria. She holds a BSc (Honours) in Economics from the University of Zimbabwe, and a BCom (Honours), MCom and Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pretoria. In this Lecture she covers the following:
