Heritage Lecture Series - Department of General Surgery

This year, we celebrate the historic milestone of the Centenary of the CMC Vellore Town Campus.
As part of this, a ‘Heritage Lecture Series’ to be broadcast through the weekly Quality Circle has been initiated. This series will give our departments an opportunity to share their history, milestones, inspiring anecdotes, future plans and dreams with the community - especially our students who will carry the torch forward.

The first lecture in this series was hosted by the Department of General Surgery on the 7th of September at the Wheeler Hall.
Presented by Prof. S. R. Banerjee Jesudason, former Head of Surgery, along with Dr. Suchita Chase (Head, Unit 4), Dr. Cecil T. Thomas, (Head, Unit 1) and Dr. Rohin Mittal (Head, Unit 2) .
