280 grams Unsalted Butter (or Margarine)

Weigh 315 grams dough -Base Crust of the Pie
Weigh 230 grams dough for the Top Crust

Filling:

1 Kilo Young Coconut Meat (Young Buko)
3/4 cup Cornstarch / Cornflour
2 Tablespoons Plain Flour
1 1/2 Cups White Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 Cups Buko Juice (Young Coconut Water)
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk (use Carnation)
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (Optional)
