Roti is a flat bread made from wheat flour and eaten in South East Asia, especially in India, Nepal, Srilanka, Pakistan and most of the Arab countries. However, roti is made in different ways but we have tried to present a simplified version of the recipe which uses only flour and water. We have also demonstrated the whole process of making roti from kneading dough to rolling, cooking and serving it. It is easy to follow and I hope this video will help you cook soft and fresh roti in your daily life.
