Guangdong Province has experienced two consecutive days of heavy rain and torrential downpours, affecting a total of 316 towns and streets. According to the Guangdong meteorological warnings, as of 4:00 PM on the 15th of September, 46 heavy rain warnings were still active throughout the province.
