In 2008, Emmanuel held roles including International Junior Product Manager at Servier and Product Manager at AstraZeneca Vietnam. By 2010, they were a Product Manager at AstraZeneca. At Teva Pharmaceuticals from 2012 to 2018, Emmanuel held several key positions such as Head of Innovation and Strategic Transformation, Head of Medical Operations Europe, European Medical Operations Manager, and Medical Science Liaison in Neurology. Since 2018, Emmanuel has served as Co-Founder and CEO of POSOS, a startup specializing in Medical Natural Language Processing (NLP).

Emmanuel Bilbault earned a Doctorate of Pharmacy from Faculté de pharmacie d'Amiens between 2002 and 2008, supplemented by a Specialized postgraduate diploma in Business Management from IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management in 2007. They completed an MBA from ESSEC Business School in 2010, focusing on Management, Finance, Strategy, and Marketing.
