Is an ancient Hawaiian method of stress reduction, conflict resolution, Shadow Integration, and energy clearing from people and places.
What is this most important relationship in creation? According to Dr. Ihaleakela Hew Len, it is the relationship between your conscious and subconscious mind. He uses his Inner Child Meditation to explain. The conscious mind is given the title of the mother, who has a choice–she can care for or ignore the child (who is the subconscious mind). The child has all the memories since creation stored as data.

Dr. Hew Len suggests doing this meditation very slowly, as the mother is developing a caring, loving relationship with the child. It is the mother lovingly acknowledging the presence of the child, saying she is sorry for all the accumulated memories. As you go through the meditation you come to understand that it is the data in the child (the memories) and not the child that is causing the problem, experience, or feeling. Dr. Hew Len guides the mother to ask the child to release the problem memory (data), asking the Divine to set it free. The mother constantly says I love you; I’m sorry for all these memories I have burdened you with; please forgive for filling you with all these memories; thank you for releasing these memories. This process can be done for any issue you need to clear. So now you can see why Dr. Hew Len says this is the most important relationship in creation!
