How to Add Non Steam Games to Steam - Fast & Easy

In this tutorial, I show you how to add non Steam games to Steam. You can add both games and applications, allowing you to launch them from your Steam library. Additionally, adding non Steam games may allow you to add controller support to games that don’t otherwise allow it. This is due to the inbuilt controller support within the Steam application.

You can find the Add a Non-Steam Game option in the Games menu at the top of Steam. Alternatively, you can also click the Add a Game button at the bottom. This allows you to add games, activate products, or browse the Steam store.

Of course, you can also remove non-Steam games. This can be done by right-clicking on the game and going to manage then remove non-Steam game from your library.

Adding all of your games to Steam can make it easier to switch between games. Rather than having to open different launchers, or go to your desktop to find the shortcut, instead you can open everything through Steam. Although people tend to only add games to their Steam library, you can also add applications if you wish.

Once a non-Steam game has beed added you can set it as a favorite or add it to a collection. You can use these features to organize all of your applications within Steam, making the user experience more convenient.
