Check out the sneaky "precocious parr" nipping in to fertilize some of a hen fish's eggs as she attempts to spawn with the dominant male fish.

Although the dominant males will achieve a larger slice of the overall breeding success - the "sneaky male" tactic works often enough for it to be a stable evolutionary tactic.
