What do you crave most in your relationships?

Positive energy?
Understanding?
Authenticity?
Relatability?

When I started my journey seven years ago, what I really wanted was connections with people who understood me, who would take the time to really get to know me, who could push me to be better, and who I would be able to learn from.

And I think that's what most of us want in life, right?

I find it so inspiring when I talk about my struggles with ADHD and people reach out to me to share their own experiences, tips, and tricks and honestly the pain they went through! That’s real connection.

It's not about validation for me, it's about building a community.

I want to help people who are in the same place I was, where I am now, or grow from people who are a few steps ahead of me.

We can all build this learning, caring community together.

Eileen Hahn has a book I’m currently reading live on TikTok (to keep me accountable and showing up). ‘The Job You We’re Born For’ - and she talks about earth angels, people who really care to help others, to show up for others, expecting nothing in return, truly.

Wouldn’t you want to be part of a community like that? Wouldn’t you want to be known as that kind of person?

I’m nowhere near there, but I’d like to be, and I’d like to be part of THAT community.

So be REAL and don’t hesitate to share your experiences.

A little goes a long way and I think we all have a little something that can help someone else.
