A few days ago, I posted a two finger rendition of this tune, so I thought why not do a clawhammer version too. Although Willow Garden (aka, Down in the Willow Garden) is a popular, widely recorded song, many people also know this melody by the title, "Old Rosin the Beau" as a well several variations of that title. This melody, which is often associated with American folk music, apparently sources back to Ireland.

Banjo is in the standard g tuning (gDGBD).
