An absolute Jimi GEM from Axis: Bold as Love - I think that's my favorite Hendrix album of all of them. This is a happy, bouncing guitar jam that really just bops between an A and an E7sus with all kinds of crazy embellishments and chord extensions, and a myriad of Jimi's double-stops and hammer-ons smattered all through this. I guarantee the take before this and the take after it had slightly different phrasing, this is as loose and stream of consciousness as it comes.
