Foraging in Winter | Wild Noodle Soup With Medicinal Mushrooms

Today we’re foraging in the winter, in the woodlands and on the downs of Sussex, England. We wandered out without a plan, to see which wild edibles we'd find, and we weren't disappointed. We discovered medicinal mushrooms, nutritious roots and winter greens, then headed home to cook them into a delicious wild noodle soup.
