The X-Ray Book was a powerful sales tool used by Rambler dealers for several years. It contained not only every fact about Ramblers, but also how each of those stacked up to every competing car in each class. Salesmen were encouraged to show the book to prospective customers, use rulers to show comparison within graphs, and look at the over one hundred pictures in 32 pages. This book was packed with research, and would be a great example of something to use even today.
