Our brains is wired to look for instant gratification. Delayed gratification is the ability resist immediate benefits for the long term benefits. When you start transforming within yourself, your external reality also starts shifting. Do not dwell in the past, keep going towards your dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment. Because your tomorrow depends on what you do today!
