Hi everyone! I hope you are all doing well 💓
My boyfriend went for his business trip for a week, so I made a "what I eat in a week alone" video. I was a bit busy on the week, so I only made very simple & easy meals :)
(They are not really balanced meals though 😢)
I enjoyed a lot making this video, so hope I can do it again!

★About seasonings

——Substitute for Mirin and Sake—-
If you can’t find mirin or sake in your city, you can substitute them like this👇

For 1 tbsp mirin use either:
1 tbsp sake + 1/2 tsp sugar
or
1 tbsp white wine + 1/2 tsp sugar

For 1 tbsp sake use:
1 tbsp mirin
or
1 tbsp white wine

It won’t be exactly the same, but still works 😋
