January 2022, we travel south to eastern Sonora, Mexico, for our annual Sonora Coues deer hunt. This year, once again, we're hunting a new ranch. With no idea what to expect or where to look, we split into groups to cover as much ground as possible. The ranch owner gives us an idea of where to look, and our efforts quickly pay off with two big Coues deer bucks hitting the ground our first morning. With the standard set, the hunting slows as we continue to look for high-quality bucks.
