🍜 Easy Red Curry Noodles
Ingredients
BROTH
4 cups (32oz) water
1 quarter inch slices of ginger
1.5 lb Rotisserie chicken

SAUCE
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 shallot, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp red curry paste
1 tbsp paprika

7 oz coconut milk
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp msg
10 ounces vermicelli noodle

GARNISH
Dried chili pepper
Purple cabbage, thinly sliced
Cilantro, diced
Green onion, diced
Bean sprout
Lime

🍜 Soy Stir Fry Noodles
Ingredients
10oz chicken breast, thinly cut
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp jasmine rice flour

NOODLES
8 oz fresh rice noodles
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp sugar
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 shallot, minced
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 cup cilantro
1/2 cup green onion
1/2 cup bean sprouts
5 fried bird eye chili peppers

🍜 Spicy Noodle Salad
Ingredients
MEATBALL (makes 24 balls)
1 lb chicken breast
1 Green onions
1 Cilantro
1 tbsp Ginger
2 Garlic
2 tbsp tapioca starch
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp White pepper

SAUCE
14oz udon noodles
2 cups green cabbage, blanched
10 bird eye chili pepper
1 garlic clove
1-1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp tamarind paste
3 tbsp fish sauce
½ tsp msg
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
