This tutorial is for complete beginners to QGIS. As a result, it is a bit long and drawn out to make sure we cover everything necessary for creating new vectors. At the end of this tutorial you will be able to import an Open Source Map into QGIS, create polygon, line, and point vectors, modify the colours and styles of those vectors, and learn how to smooth the geometry of your vectors.
