I'm a lvl 13 support class yet the m30 drilling for the support class is still not unlocked for me even thought it unlocks at lvl 13. The first time I went to check it said unlocked after next round. I've played over 3 games as support now and it is still not unlocked. EA Help was no help at all, I contacted them and they said there was nothing they could do and they're "concerned" team was working on a fix for it. I've seen reports of this bug as far back as November of 2018, that's almost a whole year ago. Fix your game EA.
