Welcome Back guys

Today we’re playing with a new product, which is Gold Leaf Net.

I’m going to start with some white at the cuticle area, then fade in with Lunar Blush, back to the white and feather that down the nail until half the nail is covered with acrylic. I’m then going to pick my favourite part of the white net, and use Clear Acrylic to stick the net down, using a plastic bag to push it right into the acrylic.

Take a small cat-cuddle break.

Once it’s dry I can see a little gap where it hasn’t stuck and I’ll pop a little bit of clear acrylic underneath. I’ll then trim off the except. I’ll then go over and encapsulate with Clear Acrylic.

For the black one, I’m going to start with a base coat. I’m then going to apply Charcoal Daze Acrygel and feather that down. I’m then going to remove the sticky layer and buff. I’ll then apply the netting as I did before with Clear Acrylic.

I’ll use a 180 grit file to file the acrylic into shape and wipe over with Gel Residue Remover. I’ll then Top Coat, I’m also going to Top Coat underneath the nail to create more of a glass-like effect.
