A user interface designer is responsible for creating the look of a website. They're tasked with designing a user interface from the user's point of view. They may be given a specific design problem and be asked to solve it.

A UI design system is a set of standards for design and code along with components that unify both these practices helping them complement one another and producing the exact result which is conceptualised. Think of it as an Instruction manual.

There are definitely some shared skills that both UX and UI designer need, including collaboration, user empathy, curiosity, communication skills, and visual communication skills. And, of course, there are skills that are unique to each role.

As you can see, good UI design is about more than just making an app or website look nice. It's taking into account all of the users' needs and creating an interface that reinforces consistency and helps users accomplish their tasks in the most seamless way possible—it's all about user experience!
