Steps to Fix ARK Survival Evolved LowLevelFatal Error crash The UE4-ShooterGame Game has crashed and will close
Step 1) Do a clean installation of graphics driver

Step 2) Try to delete all your mods from the mod folder and also unsubscribe
Step 3) Verify file integrity of the game
Step 4) Update Windows 10
Step 5) Do not overclock, close all the overclocking application, disable in game overlay, also close other overlay application
Step 6) Make Changes in the registry to set TdrDelay Value to 10
Navigate to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers
On the right hand side right click and select New / DWORD 32bit
rename it TdrDelay
right click it and go to modify / select Decimal / value of 10
Step 7) Uninstall and reinstall the game
