Here's a nice walk along an old country road with my poodle, Sheba. The sun is shining and it is a pleasure to go for a walk and see the sights that Nature can provide. A little physical activity can stimulate you and make you feel more energetic. I would highly recommend going for a walk, daily if possible. Having a dog helps. Enjoy!
