This weeks video is an in depth tutorial that will be helpful for both beginners and advanced hair DIYers. I will be showing you how I lowlight my own hair at home using Wella Demi permanent hair color products. I’ll take you through the step by step process and explain why I chose the products I chose. I will also show you how to create a root shadow effect and why you might want to (or need to) do this.

I will also explain the difference between a semi and semi permanent hair color product and go into basic hair color theory to help you understand the numbers on the boxes of hair dye so that you can figure out what color to choose for yourself. You can watch me apply this hair color to myself.
