Chief of Security for Area 12, Captain Blythe, started off as just the head of the Containment Teams before the Red Referendum saw her ascend to the position of overall Chief. But before that she worked closely with her people, earning their respect as they did the dirty job of reigning in the various SCPs of the Biological Research facility.
