My team and I currently have 10 luxury flips going on in Las Vegas! Today’s tour is of a luxury flip mid-construction.

The new flooring is already put in and we even have some LVT as decor to accent some areas of the walls. The workers today are putting in the counter tops and lighting. In the backyard, we added a pool! Adding a pool is essential for a luxury flip. Since this house is located on a golf course, it has a small backyard. I always make sure the pool isn’t taking up the whole yard, so my team and I were intentional with the placement and size of the pool.

After the backyard, I continue the tour of the interior of the house. The master bedroom will have a cool and custom fireplace.

The house has a formal dining room and two additional bedrooms. There’s a nice loft area that could be converted to a fourth bedroom as well!
