Home 毓贞 Yu Zhen

Home was written by Diane McLoughlin and Peter Wiegold, and Yu Zhen is a popular Chinese song written by Rong Qian. The pieces were then developed with The Third Orchestra. They are both about being far from home - missing Ireland and missing Beijing.
The orchestra was launched in a residency at the Barbican Centre, London, February 2019 and this is from the final performance that week, filmed by Roland Denning.
