Perfect Circuit reached out to me, and I was exceedingly flattered, humbled, and surprised. I have been a fan for a long time and have purchased gear from them many times in the past. I think they are just great, and I even happened to FINALLY get to stop by their shop when I was in LA for a wedding this past summer, which was SOOOO FUN. I thought about the offer for a few months, and finally decided to do it, because it will help direct people to a store I love, and it will help me to buy things like a better camera, lights, etc. that I am discovering are quite necessary to produce really good content. My gear probably won't change that much – that's not really my style, if you haven't noticed – and I don't really see myself trying to get into the review game or make a living off of this stuff. So, I highly doubt you'll see me making videos "reviewing" the latest music doodad. But yeah, this got long... I'm at peace with that. So, basically, if you are planning to buy some gear, this is a cool way to keep a dope synth shop going and maybe get me a better camera along the way.
