Unhealthy Body Image & Ballet | My Recovery

This is a touchy subject, so please have some grace with me. Body Image in is complicated as it is, and in the ballet world its 10 fold. I did not realize how much I was struggling with this back when it was happening (2017-2018).. It wasn't until I had a lot of retrospect, time, and distance from it that I started to see more clearly. Thanks for listening, and I hope this helps anyone who struggles with these things feel a little less alone. Remember, you're beautiful.
