Animate two synchronized figures in R with gganimate, magick, and ggplot2 (CC100)

Описание к видео Animate two synchronized figures in R with gganimate, magick, and ggplot2 (CC100)

Sometimes a static figure just doesn't cut it. In this Code Club, Pat uses gganimate and magick to animate two figures in R that are synchronized with each other. Pat will show how to create a GIF that shows how the value of a biomarker relates to the sensitivity and specificity of that biomarker on a receiver operator characteristic (ROC) curve.

Pat will use RStudio and functions from the #gganimate, #magick, and #ggplot2 packages. The accompanying blog post can be found at https://www.riffomonas.org/code_club/....

Do you have a figure that you would like to receive a critique or help improving? Let me know and I'd be happy to arrange a guest appearance!
