Ingredients:

Yolks 6 large
evaporated milk 1/2 cup (125 grams)
warm water 1/2 cup (125 grams)
boiled mashed potato 1/2 cup ( 100 grams)
all purpose flour 4 cups (500 grams)
sugar 1/2 cup (100 grams)
salt 2 tsp (8 grams)
instant yeast 3 1/4 tsp ( 8 grams)
butter 1/2 cup+ 1 tsp (120 grams)


Cookies and cream filling:

oreo cookie 10 pcs (crushed) remove the filling
Cream cheese 200 grams (1 box)
butter 150 grams (1/2 cup + 3 tbsp)
powder sugar 180 grams ( 1 3/4 cup)
salt 1/2 tsp
milk tbsp


Baking time: 18 to 20 minutes
Oven temperature: 160°c
Yeild : 10 pcs ensaymada (70 grams each)
9 pcs rolls (50 grams)
Storage: 3 days in room for
6 to 7 days chilled


Note: This bread contains a lot of moisture because we used potato, so it's easily get molds. consume it before 7 days
