Fistula:- Anal Fistula occurs in cases of an anal abscess. It is a type of opening in the anal that is filled with pus. An abscess can be caused by an infection of the small gland located in your anus.

Fissure:- Fissures are painful tear or cut around the anus. This is when it becomes difficult to pass stool or constipation. We try to stretch the muscles and give pressure to the Sphincter muscles.
