Come spend the day with me and my two toddlers Owen and Adaline. I am a SAHM to two young ones, and while it’s chaotic, I love it just the same.

Today I am getting my kids out of the house before the heat sets in, taking them into a few stores with me and unboxing ulta with you and meal prepping while they nap!

For meal prep this week, I am making A Hashbrown Casserole by Makala Thomas fitness (love her recipes!)

Hashbrown Casserole Bowl:
Ingredients per 1 serving:
1 cup frozen hash browns
1 laughing cow cheese wedge
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper to desire
1 turkey sausage patty crumbled
1 TBS shredded cheese

Mix all ingredients together in bowl except shredded cheese. Put mixed ingredients in mixing bowl; top with shredded cheese. Bake in 375 oven for 25 mins. ENJOY.

Calories: 280 fat: 8 protein: 23 carbs 28
