Blackboard Test Creation Basics

How to get started making a Test within Blackboard.

Covered in this video: Finding the Tests-Surveys-Pools manager, creating a new Test, filling in the header information (name and instructions for the test), adding questions, and overview and advice on the different question types, making multiple-choice and open-response questions.
