The first of three in the TCK Talks series at Fotografiska will be an in-person conversation between world-renowned artist Shepard Fairey and Nikki Sherridan, a young artist based in Stockholm. Fairey's iconic artworks champion social, environmental, and civil justice, while Sheridan's satire-styled pieces provide social criticism to a Gen-Z audience. This conversation promises a fascinating exchange of ideas, exploring how art influences and reflects societal change. Shepard Fairey's exhibition Photo Synthesis is now on view at Fotografiska Stockholm with over 200 works from Fairey’s long career. The exhibit shows everything from his earliest works to entirely new art created specifically for the exhibition.

About Shepard Fairey:
Shepard Fairey is a contemporary street artist, graphic designer, activist, and founder of OBEY Clothing and Studio Number One. Known for his 1989 "Andre the Giant has a Posse" sticker campaign and the iconic 2008 Barack Obama "Hope" poster, Fairey’s work is synonymous with social and political activism. He is also recognized for the “We The People” campaign launched during the 2017 Women’s March.
