‘The Origin of Things’ is a first taste from his forthcoming project ‘The Upward Bird’, which is composed of 6 musical stories bat zoo has been working on for quite a time. A self produced project, largely written in 2022 is seated between Alternative RnB and electronic influences.

It's an attempt to ponder the forces that keeps us tethered to the reality of life on earth. It's about alienation, individuality, transformation. It's about flying.

bat zoo was immersed in a melting pot of musical influences, thanks to his father's eclectic taste. From soulful R&B melodies to the gritty rhythms of hip-hop, his father's record collection opened his ears to a kaleidoscope of sounds and styles, crossing genres with seamless fluidity.

As a multifaceted artist, bat zoo brings his artistic vision to life by seamlessly blending music with dynamic visuals. Embracing authenticity and innovation, bat zoo continues to push boundaries as the all-round creative director of his solo project - a culmination of many years of trial and error.
