There are more than three thousand asylum seekers living in tents at police stations across the city. Congressman Jonathan Jackson addressed the crisis with a town hall. Dozens turned out for the event at the South Shore Cultural Center. Congressman Jackson says more reliable housing needs to be made available as temperatures drop.
