Amid the risks from contagion, school stakeholders collaborative effort composed of teachers, personnel students and community are committed to deliver effectively and efficiently with high regard to health and safety set by the Inter-Agency Task Force, and aligned with Senate Bill No. 75, No Filipino Child is Left Behind Act 2010 supports DepEd goal, “Education for All”, and DO_2020_012 known as Adoption of the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan for School Year 2020-2021 in the light of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency these serve as guide points to benefit our learners from quality education through adopting flexible Learning Delivery Modalities despite COVID-19 pandemic. Hence, this report highlights CY 2020-2021 School Monitoring and Evaluation Plan Adjustment. We are proud to present our accomplishment report for this school year!
