Climate crisis ravages different nations of the world, today we turn our attention to Houston, Mexico and Italy.
Nearly 1 million homes and business remain without power from Texas to Louisiana after fierce thunderstorms swept hurricane-force winds through Houston, blowing windows out of downtown skyscrapers and toppling transmission towers.
At least four people were killed and officials warned that electricity outages for some residents could last days.
The widespread destruction brought much of Houston to a standstill as crews raced to restore power and remove uprooted trees and debris.

In Mexico, The ravages of high temperatures in Mexico continue. There have been 26 deaths reported during this year's hot season, which runs from March 16 to October 5.

According to the Federal Health Ministry, most of these deaths occurred in Veracruz, Tabasco, San Luis Potosí, and Tamaulipas. Of these fatalities, 85% were due to heat stroke, while the remainder were attributed to dehydration.
