Master Your CIPD Word Count: Break it Down.

This video explains how to develop a word count strategy for your CIPD qualification exams.

The Problem:
- The word count for each question is strict (300 words per question in this example).
- Generic plans (e.g., 300 words/question) can lead to insufficient answers for complex questions.

The Solution:
- Break down the question into its component actions (what the verb requires you to do).
- Allocate a word count per action (around 70 words per action is ideal). This allows you to focus on answering each part of the question thoroughly.
