A quick video going over the 3V, 2V, and cross sixes dice set.

The sets are referred to as "Anti-7". When the dice are kept on the axis in which they were set, there are only two sevens out of the 16 possible outcomes.

However, if your on-Axis proficiency is not that great, you do tend to expose yourself to other sevens when one die is off axis.
