-15.1 Loose impediments (natural objects): Leaves and small branches may be removed.
• If your ball moves while removing it from off the green, there's a one-stroke penalty and it's replaced.
• On the green, there's no penalty and it's replaced.
-15.2a Movable artifacts: Artifacts such as water bottles and small signs may be removed anywhere.
• If your ball moves while removing it, there's no penalty and it's replaced.
-16.1 Immovable artifacts: Cart paths, fixed sprinklers, etc.
• General Area: NPCR → Within one club-length, no closer to the hole → Knee-high drop (no penalty).
• Bunker: Inside the bunker, no penalty, or outside the bunker, back-on-the-line, one-stroke penalty.
• Putting Green: Place the ball for relief.
